This agreement is a legal contract between you and Xiyou VPN (referred to as the 'Service Provider') regarding downloading, installing, and using the mobile or desktop VPN application (referred to as the 'App').

Once you begin downloading or using this App, you are deemed to have understood and agreed to this agreement. Please read it carefully before use. No person may copy, modify, or misuse the App or associated trademarks without authorization, nor extract source code through reverse engineering, translate app text for redistribution, or develop derivative versions. Intellectual property related to the App belongs to the Service Provider. To maintain service quality, we may adjust features, plans, or fees, and material changes will be communicated in a reasonable manner. Users are responsible for device security and account confidentiality; jailbreaking or rooting a device may weaken system security and affect App operation.

This Service integrates some necessary third-party services (such as Google Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, etc.). During use, you are simultaneously bound by the respective terms of service of these partners.

Service limitation notice: the App depends on a stable network environment (Wi-Fi or mobile data). If service cannot be used because of device arrears, data limits, poor signal quality, or third-party network failures, the Service Provider is not responsible for related losses. When used outside Wi-Fi, your mobile carrier may charge data fees. If you enable roaming outside your country of origin without a suitable data plan, resulting charges are your responsibility. Before using the App, please ensure you have permission from the bill payer.

Users are responsible for their own usage behavior. If service access is affected by a depleted battery, system settings, third-party platform policies, or user-side network problems, it is not covered by compensation. We strive to provide accurate route and version information, but some data may come from third-party partners, and users should independently assess any direct or indirect risk. To maintain compatibility and security, the App may release updates from time to time, and you agree to download and install the latest version when necessary. The Service Provider reserves the right to terminate App services in accordance with applicable rules; after termination, your license becomes invalid and you must stop using and delete the App.

Technical Issues: If technical issues affect use, we will reasonably attempt repairs, provide alternative nodes, or give configuration guidance. This does not automatically create a refund entitlement.

Unauthorized Use: No refunds will be provided if accounts, licenses, or digital benefits are shared, resold, abused, or used without authorization.

Policy Changes: We reserve the right to modify or update this refund policy at any time. Any changes will take effect immediately upon publication on our website.
